Here is one of the queries and problem to some Cherry Mobile user, which the problem is not charging. it is a bit confused because when not charging, you could say that the battery is the damage, you can also think maybe the phone or the charger. by the way, i make this tutorials and tip where you can solve your device problem when not charging.

- Well, before trying to solve the problem either its a hardware or a software problem, you must try to restart the phone before analyzing the problem. maybe rebooting the phone will fix the not charging phones.
- Second one is, remove the battery into your phone and try to put again and restart then connect to the charger if charging or not.
- The third one tips is came from one of a friend telling that this solve his problem, try to take a look at the charger cord it is possible that the wire is loosen and need to buy another one. this is also one of the solution to solve the Not Charging Phone specially to Cherry Mobile device.
