Network provider signal depends in a location, some of the signals are E for Edge, 2G, 3G, H, H+ and the highest are 4G and LTE. in some reasons, it is also depends in a device if it has a capability to acquire strong signals and open your web browser or an apps needing internet.
But Mostly, newly android and IOS device capable of highest signal via data connection using your SIM network provider. Some SIM also designed ready to get a better network that will satisfied its users.
