Answer : Format or you can also make a hard reset in this problem.
Steps :
First you need to go to the SETTINGS
Make a Scroll down
Click into Back up and Reset button
After, click also to the FACTORY RESET
Then, choose or click Erase Internal Storage
Followed by RESET PHONE
Wait for your phone to RESET.
When ON, your phone is back to zero and all problems is fix.
