Did you see your phone located in the side "not totally fit" and according to the user they almost see this i think hardware queries, but the good news is its not matter and it was usually normal and some of the user or almost of the user had this.
For the information you can see an image which i am talking for, thanks and credits to the original uploader for the image, just want to add and help those users who encounter this problem and maybe they say it was a problem.

- First, you can buy some jelly case, usually this not fit device are from Cherry Mobile Omega HD 2.0 device, and if you don't want to see this you can cover it using a jelly case or some case which coat that part.
- Second, There are some application which you can control the light or straightly point, you can disable the back light and of course you don't see the light in the side (optional).
- Third, as i said this is not a major problem, but if you don't want to say this you can return it back and change it for same device which don't have this problem.
- And lastly, be creative, as you can see the part not fit is just a small portion, you can do or make something that may cover it.
